St Mary Cray Area Guide

St Mary Cray is an area that is part of the London Borough of Bromley and which borders St Paul's Cray to the North West, Swanley to the North East, and Orpington to the South East.

Transport:

St Mary Cray station is situated on Sayes Court Road, a short distance from The Nugents Retail Park and has a regular service into Victoria Station via Bromley South and has direct access to Ashford International too. The station is based in Zone 6.

St Mary Cray also has many bus routes serving Orpington, Petts Wood and Green St green.

Shops and Retail:

The Nugent Retail Park is based in Cray Ave and features some well known department stores (including Debenhams and Marks and Spencer) along with restaurants and Coffee Shops, plus free parking for up to 3 hours.

Education:

Two of the top schools in the country, St. Olave's Grammar School and Newstead Wood School, which both select students on the basis of their performance in a highly competitive entrance examination are just a short distance away. St. Olave's Grammar School was judged by Ofsted as “Outstanding” in March 2014.
