Unlike many agents who will just take basic details of their applicants, we register as much information about their position and situation as possible, enabling us to fully understand exactly what they are looking for. This results in higher quality viewings for our vendors. Applicants are contacted regularly via telephone and by email to ensure that their situation hasn’t changed, and of course to be kept updated with all properties that are newly released to the market with us. Many properties match hundreds of our applicants, and every matching applicant will be contacted as soon as a new property is released to the market.
Yes! We have a few local conveyancing solicitors that we recommend to clients. They are competitive, proactive, and work closely with our Sales Progressor on a daily basis. This means we can keep a close eye on the conveyancing process and ensure your sale runs smoothly. We also have our own in branch ‘DX postbox’ that you can use to securely send/receive documents to and from your chosen solicitor.
Of course! You will probably not be surprised to know that the majority of property sales begin with an internet search on a property website. Portal advertising is very expensive and, as such, many agents may choose not to advertise on all the websites available to them. This is not our way. We advertise on 30+ websites to ensure your property gets the best coverage and reaches the most potential buyers.
