Our comprehensive preparation ahead of the valuation appointment itself, enables us to provide you with an accurate valuation figure by researching local comparable properties that have either sold recently, or are being marketed currently in your location, and would therefore be in direct competition with your property once you are on the market. We will also provide actual sold prices from Land Registry data relevant to your property location. All of this information – together with our extensive experience and expertise of the local area and current market conditions, and having physically seen your property on the valuation appointment, enables us to give you an accurate valuation figure for your property.
